Registration

The registration is mandatory for the author to present and publish the paper in the conference. At least one paper author has to be registered and paid in full before the paper can be presented at the conference (whether the format is in-person or online).

For the in-Person registration, conference registrations include:

  • Lunch during presentation session
  • Coffee-breaks according to the program
  • Proceedings including all abstracts from ICRAMI 2025

For online registrations, a certificate of participation and the electronic version of the proceedings will be provided.

A late registration fee of an additional 80 euros will be applied to participants who register after the specified deadline. Please ensure timely registration to avoid this extra charge 

On-site payment on the day of the conference is possible only for participants who are unable to complete an online payment.

Registration with accommodation

For participants who wish to benefit from three all-inclusive soft nights at the hotel, an additional payment of 200 euros is required. This fee covers accommodation, meals, and additional hotel services during your stay. 

Note

- For registration as a student, the first author must be a student.

Student must send a valid student ID along with the receipt.

- A 10% discount is applied to IEEE members who wish to have their papers indexed in the IEEE database. Please ensure that your IEEE membership is active and provide your membership details during the registration process to benefit from this offer.

- All payments are non-refundable.

- Extended versions of selected best papers will be recommended for publication in  supporting prestigious international journals.

- We would like to highlight that all accepted full papers that meet IEEE's requirements will be indexed in the IEEE Xplore digital library, which is indexed in Scopus and multiple leading databases.

To ensure that your paper gets published in this prestigious academic databases, it is essential to adhere to the following guidelines and quality requirements:

  • Formatting and Submission: Format your paper according to the conference's submission guidelines and template
  • Originality and Plagiarism: Ensure that your paper presents original work and has not been published elsewhere. Plagiarism is a serious offense in academic publishing and can lead to rejection. Use appropriate citation and referencing for all sources and ideas
  • English Language: Use clear and concise English language in your paper. Poorly written papers with grammar or language issues may be rejected
  • Copyright and Consent: Ensure you have the necessary rights to publish the paper. If your paper includes content (e.g., figures, tables) from other sources, make sure you have obtained the appropriate permissions for reuse.
