Authors of accepted papers are required to complete their registration for ICRAMI 2025 no later than October 9, 2025.

Following requests from some participants, we have reintroduced the option to choose between registration with or without hotel accommodation.

For authors who have not yet submitted their final camera-ready version, please make sure to upload it together with your registration before this deadline.

KEY DATES

The conference will be held in a hybrid format, with both in-person and virtual participation options available.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. For those who do not wish to publish their papers in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, they may submit extended abstracts. Accepted abstracts can be presented at the conference as Presentation Only.

Publication opportunity in well-indexed journals will be available.
