• You do not need to create a new submission. The final version must be uploaded through your initial submission in the system.

  If you encounter any technical difficulties in submitting the final version, please send your paper directly by email to papers.icrami@gmail.com with the subject line: the title of your paper.

• Please ensure that:

  • All reviewers’ comments and suggestions are carefully addressed.

  • Your paper strictly follows the required formatting guidelines.

• Deadline for camera-ready submission: September 13, 2025.

KEY DATES

The conference will be held in a hybrid format, with both in-person and virtual participation options available.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. For those who do not wish to publish their papers in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, they may submit extended abstracts. Accepted abstracts can be presented at the conference as Presentation Only.

Publication opportunity in well-indexed journals will be available.
